Everything was fine, had a real good stay for a night passing through. The staff were excellent, attentive. It was in the central location to local events & dining. It was also just off attractive garden, close enough for a good stroll to enjoy the bohemian-style township and Very close to town center which was casual. I loved this hotel and would return here...

The motel’s location is very convenient, being close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes. the room we stayed in was spacious and appeared new. It's great to know that the new owners are planning upgrades to enhance the experience.

I truly enjoyed having 1 queen size bed and 3 single beds in the room, that was great-sized and well laid out too. The bathroom was good.

Incredible base for exploring Takaka. Fairly clean place with very amiable and extremely helpful staff and BEAUTIFUL view onto the garden. A nice size and well-equipped room and a lounge and a new carpet inside. Convenient location close to shops and easy access to a supermarket and stores. And a 10-minute walk from an award - winning distillery. Good and amazing food, excellent service.

The location is handy and comfortable, very close to shops & restaurants, the town centre, bars, restaurants and cafes and Takaka, friendly owner.

The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and walking to local restaurants. The rooms, although a bit dated, were spacious and well-equipped for our family. Additionally, there was ample parking available for our group of five adults.

The breakfast option could have been presented better and did not offer good value for money.

Just out of the town center, this hotel is conveniently located close to Takaka shops. The rooms with a queen bed and separate bedroom were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The attention to detail in the attractive garden added to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

I stayed at a hotel in a beautiful spot that was very close to everything. The location was perfect, just out of the town center and close to the Takaka Township. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice outlook onto an attractive garden.

Stayed here for my Thanksgiving trip and I must say I had a fantastic experience. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, clean and very comfortable with a beautiful view of nature from the window. I loved the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk who went out of her way to give me useful pointers about the local area. The location was great, just a few minutes' walk from the town centre and mall, which was very convenient. Lastly, I enjoyed the high-speed Wi-Fi and the comfortable bed that helped me relax and unwind.

While the decor was a bit old-fashioned, the comfy sofa in the lounge made up for it. , the bathroom and kitchenette were quite compact, but still sufficient for my needs.

The motel is conveniently located in the heart of the town, close to shops, supermarkets, and other conveniences. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with kitchen items. there is a lovely family-friendly area behind the rooms with a deck.

The motel could have been modernized further, particularly the exteriors.
